When I leave Pennsylvania in January at 29 degrees and arrive in Costa Rica and it’s 90 degrees this is my go to! It’s a scarf in PA then a sexy tunic, dress, and swim cover up in CR. The only thing that changes depending on the climate is my under layer. The design allows me to “blouse” anyway I want to “disguise” anywhere I need it!
